Max Rose is a lighting designer and electrician who specializes in concert, theater, and live performance lighting. He has a passion for creating custom lighting solutions for any performance, designing both the lighting setup and execution to best address each performer's needs.

Max was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Ever since he first operated a lighting console in high school, Max has felt at home behind-the-scenes, and went on to pursue a degree in Theatrical Design and Technology at Emerson College. While in Boston, Max worked as a freelance designer and electrician for theatrical productions, music videos, private events, and more. 

 

In the Summer of 2018 and 2019, Max broadened his creative abilities on the lighting team at Central Park Summerstage by working Good Morning America's weekly concert broadcasts, which included artists such as Taylor Swift, Blink-182, and Pitbull.

Max is currently working as a freelance designer and stagehand at various venues in New York City.
