Musicians Wanted is a student-led organization at Emerson College that holds live sessions for local artists throughout Boston and broadcasts these sessions over Emerson's television channel. Each episode normally includes three song performances and an interview segment.

This design was for Beane, a Boston-based singer/songwriter. To accompany Beane's minimalist style, my team hung a sparse rig of Astera Pixel Tubes at various heights behind Beane, sidelit the band behind him, and closed a black curtain around the scene. By adjusting the studio's cameras to the right levels, we created a black void around the entire band, with the Pixel Tubes seeming to float in space.
